Viber Rent A Car takes pride in giving feasibility to the customers to Cancel or Reschedule their trips with transparency and hassle free process as close as 3 hours, prior to the scheduled reporting in case of Chauffeur driven Car. Rescheduling always mean return business to us with minimum or no loss to customers if done within stipulated time frame.

Last moment cancellation penalty / minimum charges billing remains part of standard chauffeur driven business and details of charges are as below:

Cancellation Terms for Vehicle below 2000 CC

More than 3 hours to scheduled reporting No charges
Within 3 Hours to scheduled reporting Minimum Charges of 4 hours / 40 Kms.
In case of cancellation after reporting Minimum Charges of 4 hours / 40 Kms.
In case of cancellation while reporting car Minimum Charges of 4 hours / 40 Kms.
No show cases within 4 hours waiting. Minimum Charges of 4 hours / 40 Kms.







Cancellation:- Terms for Vehicle above 2000 CC - mainly luxury - Cars, Imported Vans and Indian Mini Vans

More than 24 hours to scheduled reporting No charges
Within 24 Hours to scheduled reporting Minimum Charges of 8 hours / 80 Kms.
In case of cancellation after reporting Minimum Charges of 8 hours / 80 Kms.
In case of cancellation while reporting car Minimum Charges of 8 hours / 80 Kms.
No show cases within 4 hours waiting. Minimum Charges of 8 hours / 80 Kms.







Cancellation :- Terms for Vehicle above 2000 CC mainly - Imported Cars, Imported Coaches and Coaches.

More than 48 hours to scheduled reporting No charges
Within 48 Hours to scheduled reporting Minimum Charges of 8 hours / 80 Kms.
In case of cancellation after reporting Minimum Charges of 8 hours / 80 Kms.
In case of cancellation while reporting car Minimum Charges of 8 hours / 80 Kms.
No show cases within 4 hours waiting. Minimum Charges of 8 hours / 80 Kms.







Refund Policy

Refund will be made within 8 – 10 working hours or next business day after cancellation upon payment as per the cancellation policy. In case there is any delay from corresponding agency / Card Company. Kindly notify us:
